What is the minimum order quantity for custom magnets?
Most of our flexible fridge magnets have no minimum order quantity — you can order as few as one. Souvenir and specialty magnets may have small minimums, which are shown on each product page. We also offer significant price breaks at 100, 250, 500, and 1,000+ units.
What file format do I need to supply my artwork?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or JPEG files (300dpi minimum). Files should be set up to the finished size with 3mm bleed on all sides and all fonts embedded or converted to outlines. Our artwork team reviews every file before print and will contact you if anything needs adjusting — at no extra cost.
How long does production and delivery take?
Our standard turnaround is 10-12 working days from artwork approval. Express 2–3 day production is available on most products — select this option at checkout. UK delivery is via tracked courier, with the cost calculated at checkout.
Can I get a proof before my magnets go to print?
Yes — we send a digital PDF proof with every order before printing begins. You'll have the opportunity to review and approve the layout, colours, and bleed before we proceed. Physical printed proofs are available on request for larger orders (charges apply).
What's the difference between flexible and souvenir magnets?
Flexible fridge magnets are thin (0.5mm total) and budget-friendly — ideal for high-volume promotional use, direct mail, and giveaways. Souvenir magnets use a rigid metal plate with a thicker 1.5mm magnet backing, giving a premium retail feel — better suited to gift shops, tourist attractions, and keepsake products.
Do you offer custom shapes and sizes?
Yes — our custom shaped magnets can be cut to virtually any shape with no die or cutting form costs. Simply supply your artwork and we'll cut to your outline. For truly bespoke sizes outside our standard range, contact us for a quote — we accommodate unusual dimensions regularly.
Are your magnets safe for children?
Our flexible fridge magnets are produced on non-toxic materials and are suitable for general promotional use. However, magnets of any kind pose a swallowing hazard for young children and should be kept out of reach of children under 3. If you need magnets for use in children's products, please contact us to discuss appropriate specifications.
